Consulting on the draft Law on E-commerce

Pursuant to the provisions of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents, the Ministry of Industry and Trade posted the draft Law on E-commerce to collect comments from agencies, organizations and individuals.

The draft Law dossier includes:
- Submission;
- Draft Law;

- Summary report;

- Review report;

- Administrative procedure assessment;
