In My Duc district, Permanent Vice Chairwoman of Hanoi People's Council Phung Thi Hong Ha visited and presented gifts to Mr. Nguyen Dinh On (born in 1935), residing in Ha village, Phung Xa commune, My Duc district, a member of the Veterans Association, who participated in the fight and liberation of the capital.

Next, the delegation visited and presented gifts to Mr. Nguyen Duy Vui (born in 1943), residing in village 3, Phu Luu Te commune, the biological son of martyr Nguyen Duy Thiep, who died in the resistance war against French colonialism.

In Ung Hoa district, the working delegation led by Permanent Vice Chairwoman of the City People's Council Phung Thi Hong Ha visited the family of Mr. Tran Minh Toang (born in 1935), residing in Thai Binh village, Van Thai commune, a member of the Veterans Association, and the family of Mr. Dang Van Cap (born in 1931), residing in Dong Duong village, Tao Duong Van commune, also a member of the Veterans Association.

At the families visited, Permanent Vice Chairwoman of Hanoi People's Council Phung Thi Hong Ha and other members of the delegation kindly asked about their health and life and expressed deep gratitude for the great contributions of veterans and families of policy beneficiaries in the resistance war against French colonialism and in liberating the capital. At the same time, she emphasized that veterans are living witnesses of this historical event, those who directly participated in the fight and witnessed the day the capital was completely liberated.

Vice Chairwoman of the City People's Council Phung Thi Hong Ha sent her best wishes to the veterans and families of policy beneficiaries; at the same time, she hoped that in the coming time, the veterans and families of policy beneficiaries in Ung Hoa and My Duc districts would continue to promote their hometown traditions, contribute ideas and suggestions to the local authorities and effectively implement movements, policies and regulations at all levels, thereby contributing to the development of the Capital.
