Lang Son announces decisions on personnel work

On June 30, Lang Son province announced the decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on personnel work for many leaders of departments and branches.

Accordingly, the Department of Home Affairs of Lang Son province announced Decision No. 1386/QD-UBND dated June 27, 2025 of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on the appointment of comrade Nguyen Quang Huy, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Bac Son District Party Committee to hold the position of Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Lang Son province, with a term of appointment of 5 years from July 1, 2025.

On the same day, the Department of Home Affairs announced Decision No. 1388 dated June 27, 2025 of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee appointing comrade Pham Hung Truong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Dinh Lap District Party Committee to hold the position of Director of the Department of Justice from July 1, 2025, with a term of appointment of 5 years.

Comrade Pham Hung Truong, Director of the Department of Justice of Lang Son province received the decision from the Chairman of the People's Committee of Lang Son province.

The Chairman of Lang Son Provincial People's Committee also appointed comrade Nguyen Van Ha, Secretary of Van Quan District Party Committee, to hold the position of Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee from July 1, 2025, with a term of appointment of 5 years.

Comrade Nguyen Van Ha, Chief of Office of Lang Son Provincial People's Committee received the decision from the Permanent Vice Chairman of Lang Son Provincial People's Committee.

The Office of the People's Committee of Lang Son province has announced Decision No. 1385/QD-UBND dated June 27, 2025 of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on the appointment of Comrade Nong Bich Diep, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Lang Son city to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Lang Son province from July 1, 2025.

In addition, also on June 30, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Lang Son province also announced the decision to appoint Mr. Dau Truong An, Chief Inspector of the province, to the position of Chief Inspector of the province (later).

Appoint Mr. Dang Quoc Minh, Deputy Chief Inspector of the province to hold the position of Deputy Chief Inspector of the province (after restructuring the organizational apparatus); appoint Mr. Nguyen Mai Loan, Deputy Chief Inspector of the province to hold the position of Deputy Chief Inspector of the province (after restructuring the organizational apparatus); appoint Comrade Hoang Thanh Dam, Deputy Chief Inspector of the province to hold the position of Deputy Chief Inspector of the province (after restructuring the organizational apparatus). The term of appointment is 5 years from July 1, 2025.

Speaking at the decision announcement ceremonies, Lang Son provincial leaders requested that the appointed comrades continue to train, promote their professional capacity, build collective solidarity, fulfill assigned duties and tasks well, and contribute to the overall development of Lang Son province.
