Accordingly, in case the subject is eligible to purchase or hire-purchase social housing according to the provisions of the law on housing and has a house owned by him/her but located 30km or more away from the workplace, he/she is entitled to social housing support policies and is only allowed to purchase or hire-purchase social housing that is closer to the workplace than the house owned by that person to the workplace. The distance between the house owned by that person and the workplace according to the above provisions is determined by the length of the shortest road or waterway route from the house owned by the subject registering to purchase or hire-purchase social housing to the workplace of that subject. It is known that this decision provides details on the case of having a house owned by oneself but far from the workplace, who is entitled to social housing support policies in the province according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 9 of Resolution No. 201, dated May 29, 2025 of the National Assembly on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for social housing development.
