Strange Hue beef noodle soup with pork fat in Hanoi, sells 3,500 bowls every day

As one of the popular and favorite dishes, Hue beef noodle soup is a wonderful combination of rich sweet broth mixed with a little spicy satay, fragrant shrimp paste and countless different toppings depending on each restaurant. However, Hue beef noodle soup served with crispy fried pork rinds is quite new, arousing curiosity for many diners.

With prices ranging from 35,000 to 55,000 VND, the restaurant sells at noon and in the evening, with the busiest time usually from 11am to 1pm. On average, 3,500 bowls of this unique noodle dish are sold each day, with nearly 100kg of free pork rinds served with it.
