At 7:30 a.m., Ms. Tram Nhu Ngoc (residing in Soc Trang ward, Can Tho city) was present at the Soc Trang ward Public Administration Center to complete the land use rights registration file.

Of which, the Khmer people account for over 57%. To prepare for the first working day, the commune has arranged 7 staff members at the Public Administration Center, with full equipment to serve the people. This morning, over 30 people came to do the paperwork, and were guided enthusiastically and thoughtfully by the staff, so the people were very excited.

Mr. Kim Sai Huil (born in 1954, residing in Thuan Hoa commune, Can Tho city) said: “My wife and I went to the commune’s Public Administration Center to do the paperwork and were enthusiastically guided by the staff. They also wrote the paperwork for us very quickly. The office is spacious, clean, and fully air-conditioned, so we are very happy.”

Mr. Huynh Duc Dung, Chairman of the People's Committee of Soc Trang Ward, said that the ward has repaired the office, fully equipped with facilities, machinery, and installed chairs for people to contact; determined to serve people as soon as possible as National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man instructed yesterday afternoon when visiting the ward's Administrative Center.
