On November 21, Quang Binh Provincial Police announced that Quang Trach District Police ( Quang Binh ) had just issued decisions to prosecute the case and prosecute three 12th grade students for fighting and using weapons to cause injuries at Quang Trung High School (Quang Trach District).
The police agency determined that at around 7:30 a.m. on November 4, TAD (born in 2007, in village 5, Quang Kim commune, Quang Trach district) and TVC (born in 2007, in Vinh Son village, Quang Dong commune, Quang Trach district) made an appointment to meet PND and NDL (both born in 2007, in Hop Ban village, Quang Hop commune, Quang Trach district) at the school's men's restroom to talk and resolve the conflict.

During the conversation, the group of students above got into a fight, PND prepared a knife and used it to stab TVC in the side.
With the collected documents and evidence, the Investigation Police Agency of Quang Trach District Police issued a decision to prosecute PND for the crime of disturbing public order and intentionally causing injury according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 318 and Clause 2, Article 134 of the Penal Code. Prosecute TAD and NDL for the crime of disturbing public order, according to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 318 of the Penal Code.
According to Quang Trach District Police, the behavior of the above-mentioned group of students negatively affects security and order in the area in general, and security and safety in the educational and training environment in particular.
Quang Trach District Police requested that authorities, departments, branches, organizations at all levels, schools and parents pay more attention to managing and educating students and their children to strictly comply with the law and school regulations.
