On the morning of March 11, within the framework of the 9th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival in 2025, the groundbreaking ceremony of the Trade Center, Hotel and Housing Complex Project took place at 02 Mai Hac De, Buon Ma Thuot City.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Truong Cong Thai said that the task of building and developing Buon Ma Thuot city to become the center of the Central Highlands region was issued by the Politburo in Conclusion No. 67-KL/TW, dated December 16, 2019, aiming to develop Buon Ma Thuot city at a fast and sustainable pace, becoming a green, ecological, smart urban area with its own identity in the Central Highlands, with synchronous development of technical infrastructure and social infrastructure.
