On the afternoon of September 4, at the 25th Session, the 17th Hai Duong Provincial People's Council elected Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Ngoc Chau to hold the position of Chairman of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.
