Electricity supply plan in Hanoi in 2025

Kinhtedothi - Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 127/QD-UBND dated January 8 approving the Electricity Supply Plan in Hanoi in 2025 (as a backup when the national power system lacks electricity).

Specifically, the average monthly available upstream capacity is allocated from the national power system to Hanoi City; the expected capacity reduction in Hanoi City when the national power system lacks power in 2025.

Plan to regulate and reduce electricity when the national power system lacks power.

The City People's Committee assigned Hanoi Electricity Corporation to implement the contents of the Power Supply Plan in Hanoi in 2025 (as a backup when the national power system lacks electricity). Based on the output and power capacity allocated by the national power system by month and week, in case the national power system lacks electricity, proactively develop response plans, scenarios, and appropriate monthly and weekly load regulation plans to report to the City People's Committee for direction to ensure electricity supply according to regulations.

In addition, heads of departments, branches, sectors of the city, People's Committees of districts, towns, agencies, units, political and social organizations of the city, based on their assigned functions and tasks, are responsible for coordinating and fully implementing the contents of reviewing the list of important electricity customers, strictly implementing the direction of the City People's Committee on information, propaganda and implementation of solutions for safe and economical electricity use.
