High school graduation rate in Phu Tho province is about 99.6%.

GD&TĐ - On July 16, the Quality Management Department, Phu Tho Department of Education and Training reported on the results of the 2025 High School Graduation Exam.

Accordingly, in the 2025 High School Graduation Exam, Phu Tho province has 44,972 candidates taking the exam. Of which, public high schools have 32,853 candidates; private high schools have 4,291 candidates and the continuing education system has 7,828 candidates.

Phu Tho province has an average exam score of 6.39 points, ranking 5th nationwide out of 34 provinces and cities. The graduation rate (expected) is 99.6%.

Notably, the report also provides specific data on the average exam scores and rankings of the three provinces of Vinh Phuc, Phu Tho, and Hoa Binh before the merger.

Regarding the valedictorian, according to traditional groups nationwide, there were 9 candidates who achieved the absolute score of 30/30, including 1 candidate from Phu Tho, Nguyen Le Hien Mai, grade 12 Chemistry major, Hung Vuong High School for the Gifted.
