The working group directly visited the remaining 14 households in the forced eviction plan to propagate the policy when the state reclaims land to implement the Project of Converting Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park into an Urban - Commercial - Service Area and improving the environment. At the same time, they mobilized and explained the regulations in the compensation support work when the state reclaims land to help people understand better.
As of 4:00 p.m. the same day, 12/14 households had agreed to sign a commitment to voluntarily dismantle the construction and hand over the site.
For the remaining 2 households, in the evening of the same day, while inspecting the site clearance work at Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, Chairman of Tran Bien Ward People's Committee Nguyen Duy Tan directly listened to the people's petitions and at the same time explained and mobilized the households to hand over the site to avoid having to organize forced evictions causing damage to the households' property and finances.

The leaders of the ward People's Committee also directed the specialized agencies to review the records of these two households. In particular, for Mr. PTĐ's household, the Chairman of the Tran Bien Ward People's Committee directed the specialized agencies to re-measure the current status according to the household's request in the afternoon of the same day.
After being re-measured, Mr. PTĐ's household agreed to sign a commitment to hand over the site.
“Currently, there is only one household that has not agreed to hand over the land in the first phase of forced eviction at Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park. This household is in the forced eviction plan on July 18, so on July 17, the People's Committee of Tran Bien Ward does not have to organize the forced eviction because all households in the forced eviction plan (July 17) have handed over the land.

Thus, after 2 days of issuing the enforcement plan and focusing on propaganda and mobilization before organizing the enforcement (expected from July 17 to 19), 22/23 cases subject to the first phase of land acquisition enforcement at Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park have handed over their land. Thereby, the total number of households handing over their land in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park to date is 319/355 households.
