According to regulations, after knowing the high school graduation exam scores, candidates need to pay attention to carry out the following necessary procedures:
Make an appeal (if necessary)
After completing the 2025 high school graduation exam score lookup, if you notice any abnormalities in the exam scores or the results are much different from the previous estimates, candidates can consider filing a request for review.
Candidates have 10 days to review their exam results if they need to, from July 16 to July 25. By August 3 at the latest, the examination councils will organize a review of their exam results (if any).

Register to adjust your wishes and pay the admission fee
From July 16 to 5:00 p.m. on July 28, candidates are allowed to register, adjust, and add admission wishes an unlimited number of times.
Registration of admission wishes for majors/programs must be done online on the General Admission Support System of the Ministry of Education and Training at http://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn or indirectly through the National Public Service Portal.
Candidates' wishes must be registered by major/program and ranked from 1 to the end. Of which, wish 1 is the highest wish. Each candidate will only be admitted to 1 highest wish among the registered wishes when ensuring that they meet the admission requirements.
From July 29 to 5:00 p.m. on August 5, candidates must pay the admission fee according to the number of admission wishes online according to the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Track benchmarks and confirm admission
The threshold to ensure input quality for the teaching and health sectors with a practice license was announced by the Ministry of Education and Training on July 21.
Training institutions will notify candidates who have passed the first round of admission from 5:00 p.m. on August 22.
After knowing the admission score, all admitted candidates (including direct admission candidates) must confirm their enrollment on the system (if they wish to study) before 5:00 p.m. on August 30.
From September 1 to December, candidates who need to apply for additional admission rounds of the training institution, follow the admission information posted on the training institution's admission information page.
This year's high school graduation exam took place on June 26 and 27 with the participation of more than 1.1 million candidates, an increase of nearly 100,000 compared to last year.
This is a special exam with two sets of exam questions for two groups of candidates according to two different programs: the 2018 and 2006 programs. This is also an exam with a record number of subjects with 14 subjects, of which the 2006 program has 9 subjects and the 2018 program has 13 subjects.
