The computer system for readers to look up information resources, access the public internet is working well. Continuing to implement the process of digitizing documents, updating previews for digital documents, every year, the Provincial Library digitizes over 300 book titles; creates digital collections on Cham culture, Raglai culture; applies QR code generation for collections to serve mobile exhibitions as well as convenient sharing of digital documents for readers. In addition, the Provincial Library also innovates the work of introducing books, newspapers, and documents through the use of Canva, Vbee applications to create slides, video clips for events on the unit's website. The provincial library has 2 full-time and 2 part-time staff members who are responsible for digital transformation and information technology. Most of the staff members are proficient in using public service software, specialized software and regularly apply information technology to handle daily work.

Currently, 100% of specialized departments and public service units under the department have deployed the use of the E-Office system to send and receive documents in electronic form, with digital signatures applied. Thereby, contributing to building a "paperless" agency model; 100% of civil servants and public employees are granted access accounts to use the E-Office system with integrated tools to measure and evaluate work results and efficiency (KPI). To date, 100% of records, documents, and results of administrative procedure settlement have been digitized according to regulations...
Reviewing some results from the application of information technology and digital transformation of the cultural sector - one of the sectors with many unique features that seem difficult to quantify with software machines, however, with the efforts and determination of the whole sector, digital transformation has brought positive signals. This became even more exciting right after the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee issued plans to implement the "Digital Popularization" movement in the province. According to Mr. Pham Quoc Hoan - Director of the Department of Science and Technology, the implementation of the "Digital Popularization" movement aims to mobilize social resources, strengthen the role of state management, and the responsibility of departments, branches, sectors, and localities in implementing the work of popularizing digital skills, basic knowledge and skills on digital transformation to cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers, and all people. Thereby, contributing to promoting the application of digital technology in management and operation of the political system, in production, business and social life.
The goal set by the Provincial People's Committee for implementing the "Digital Education for All" movement is that by 2025, 85% of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in agencies will have an understanding of digital transformation, have digital knowledge and skills, and be able to use digital platforms and digital services for work; 100% of high school and university students will be equipped with digital knowledge and skills for study and research; 85% of adults will have basic knowledge of digital transformation, digital skills, and be able to use smart devices; 85% of workers in enterprises and cooperatives will have basic knowledge of digital technology, and have skills to use smart devices... By 2026, the above indicators must all reach 100%. To achieve the above goals, the province will strengthen communication, propaganda, and dissemination of digital transformation knowledge; specifying mechanisms and policies to support the dissemination of digital skills; organizing training, fostering and popularizing digital skills activities; integrating the "Digital Literacy for All" movement with projects and programs that have been and are being implemented... "According to the assignment of tasks of the Provincial People's Committee, the Department of Science and Technology shall preside over and advise the Provincial People's Committee to effectively implement the goals and tasks of the plan. In particular, the department will coordinate with information technology associations, digital technology enterprises to support digital infrastructure and human and financial resources; participate in the development of diverse digital platforms to serve the government and people; build online and direct courses for appropriate target groups; guide organizations, businesses and people to use digital services and technologies" - Mr. Pham Quoc Hoan said.
