Jotun introduces SteelMaster 1200WF fireproof paint in Vietnam

Speaking at the event, General Director of Jotun Vietnam, Mr. Per Morten Aarvold, emphasized that the introduction and sale of SteelMaster 1200WF in Vietnam is an important milestone in Jotun's business in the domestic market.

SteelMaster 1200WF fireproof paint was developed by Jotun to protect steel structures of civil and industrial works.

SteelMaster 1200WF is the pioneer fireproof paint product in the Vietnamese market licensed to provide protection up to 150 minutes for all different structures such as beams, IHLCT columns, square, rectangular, and round hollow columns, at different critical temperature ranges (CCT).

With water-based technology and low volatile organic compound (VOC) content, SteelMaster 1200WF provides an environmentally friendly and health-protecting fire protection solution. The product's environmental parameters are transparent and reliable through the Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) and a product in Jotun's Green Building Solutions package.

In Vietnam, SteelMaster 1200WF is tested and certified by the Fire Prevention Research Department of the Institute of Construction Structures, under the Institute of Construction Science and Technology, and officially licensed by the Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Police Department on May 21.
