Iran lifts restrictions at some airports

According to Al Arabiya, on April 19, Iran's Civil Aviation Organization said the country had lifted restrictions at a number of airports.

Currently, the two main airports in the capital Tehran, Imam Khomeini and Mehrabad, have resumed flights. Meanwhile, after receiving an official warning, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) airline Flydubai announced the cancellation of all flights to Iran. The announcement was made after flights to the cities of Isfahan, Shiraz and Tehran were suspended.

Regarding the incident of three explosions near Shekari airbase near Isfahan city, following unconfirmed reports of Israeli attacks on Iran, Iran's National Security Council confirmed that there were no missile attacks from outside on the country early this morning.

Senior Iranian military commander Siavosh Mihandoust confirmed that the explosion in Isfahan was caused by the city's air defense systems being activated to intercept suspicious targets and that the incident did not cause any damage to the country.
