District in Da Nang applies AI to answer people's questions about two-level local government and administrative procedures.

People in 3 new communes in Hoa Vang district, Da Nang can use this tool to get information about 2-level local government

On June 29, the Hoa Vang District Party Committee (Da Nang) announced that it had put into use a tool to support people in accessing information when merging and establishing new communes.

People in Hoa Vang, Hoa Tien, and Ba Na communes (three new communes after implementing two-level local government) can scan the QR code to get information about two-level local government and administrative procedures.

Mr. Bui Hong Trung, Secretary of Hoa Vang District Party Committee, said that through the 24/7 online AI technology support tool, people only need to scan the QR code with their phone, type a question or use their voice to get timely answers to related information.

"To implement the policy of building a two-level local government, Hoa Vang district has directed relevant agencies and units to coordinate with relevant units to deploy AI support tools.

This tool focuses on answering questions about administrative procedures, land records, health insurance, household registration, and social policies," said Mr. Trung.

According to Mr. Bui Hong Trung, AI can answer urgent questions that people need to know during the process of changing administrative boundaries. From there, it ensures serving people according to the new commune model.

In addition, this digital transformation can help people reduce travel time, reduce hassle, and ensure people have access to transparent and clear information.

What communes does the only mainland district of Da Nang have?

According to the arrangement plan, Hoa Vang district communes will form many new communes and wards.

- Hoa Chau commune and Hoa Phuoc commune (Hoa Vang district) will merge with Hoa Xuan ward (Cam Le district) to form Hoa Xuan ward.

- Hoa Phong and Hoa Phu communes (Hoa Vang district) become Hoa Vang commune.

- Hoa Khuong and Hoa Tien communes (Hoa Vang district) become Hoa Tien commune.

- Hoa Ninh and Hoa Nhon communes (Hoa Vang district) become Ba Na commune.

- Hoa Son commune (Hoa Vang district) merged with Hoa Khanh Nam ward and Hoa Minh ward (Lien Chieu district) to form Hoa Khanh ward.

- Hoa Hiep Bac and Hoa Hiep Nam wards (Lien Chieu district) merge with Hoa Bac commune and part of Hoa Lien commune (Hoa Vang district) to form Hai Van ward.

- Hoa Khanh Bac Ward (Lien Chieu District) and the remaining part of Hoa Lien Commune (Hoa Vang District) become Lien Chieu Ward.
