The report and speeches at the conference assessed that in the first 6 months of 2025, the Corps carried out its tasks under many difficult conditions. However, under the leadership and direction of the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense and the support and assistance of local Party committees, authorities and people; the spirit of solidarity and efforts of all cadres, soldiers and workers, the Party Committee, the Corps Command and Party committees and commanders at all levels have comprehensively deployed and successfully completed all aspects of work and tasks.

Strictly implement orders, directives and plans on military and national defense work; review, adjust and supplement plans for combat readiness, natural disaster prevention, rescue and relief in line with the actual situation. Organize training closely, quality is constantly improved. Party and political activities are deployed comprehensively, with focus and key points; the leadership capacity of Party committees and organizations continues to be improved; movements, programs and models of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" are maintained effectively.

Colonel Nguyen Hong Lam, Deputy Commander of the 15th Corps, awarded certificates of merit from the Minister of National Defense to individuals with outstanding achievements in the "Lightning Speed - Determined Victory" peak emulation campaign.

Lead, direct the organization, and synchronously implement solutions for corporate governance and financial management, and improve production and business efficiency. Production value reached 1,018 billion VND, equal to 40.77% of the annual plan, up 21.83% over the same period in 2024; ensuring income for workers of more than 8 million VND/person/month.

Concluding the conference, Major General Hoang Van Sy acknowledged and commended the efforts and results of agencies and units in the entire Corps; at the same time, emphasized and noted the limitations so that Party committees and commanders at all levels could learn from experience and determine determination and solutions to overcome them in the coming time.

Faced with the impact factors, difficulties and requirements of the tasks in the last 6 months of 2025, the Commander of the 15th Corps requested agencies and units to thoroughly grasp the tasks and solutions deployed by the Party Committee and the Corps Command at the conference; resolutions, directives, projects and plans of superiors. Focus on improving combat readiness and training quality; thoroughly and seriously implement technical procedures; do a good job in recruitment, training, and improving the lives of workers; organize emulation movements in a specific and substantial manner.

At the conference, the Party Committee and Command of the 15th Corps launched the peak emulation campaign "Raising the August Red Flag - Emulating to Win 3 First Places"; the emulation movement "The Army competes in innovation and digital transformation" and "Digital Education for All".

On this occasion, Corps 15 received the Emulation Flag of 2024 and certificates of merit in the Movement "Army joins hands to build new countryside", "Army joins hands for the poor - No one is left behind" for the period 2021-2025 of the Government; awarded titles and certificates of merit from the Government, the Ministry of National Defense, Corps 15 to organizations and individuals at all levels.
