Instructions on solutions for tracing the origin of products and goods

BTO-Department of Science & Technology has just organized a training course to guide solutions for tracing the origin of products and goods for establishments, enterprises, and cooperatives with OCOP products in the province, this morning, June 6. Attending were representatives of leaders of functional departments, associations, unions, Unions of Associations, Department of Culture, Science and Information, and Department of Agriculture & Environment at district level.

Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology Mai Thanh Nga emphasized in her opening speech: “Traceability of product origin (TXNG) creates information transparency, helping consumers choose safe and quality products and goods. Establishments, enterprises, and cooperatives build and apply the TXNG system to help control risks arising when tracking and verifying the entire route of goods, combating trade fraud, protecting reputable products and goods, establishments, and businesses, and creating trust with consumers. Thereby contributing to repelling trade fraud, counterfeit goods, and infringement of intellectual property rights”.

Within the framework of the conference, experts in this field shared and communicated related topics to delegates, facility owners and businesses. That is, building, practicing productivity, quality, efficiency and innovative thinking, changing technology, standardizing the corporate governance system, presented by Ms. Thai Le Bao Ngan, Director of Supply Chain- Leanwares Company, emphasizing the factors of innovation in production, the 5S method creates a neat working environment, increases productivity; Kaizen continuously improves in small steps, creating a difference. Along with that, MSc. Pham Van Quan, National Digital Transformation Expert, Director of Checkee Technology Joint Stock Company presented topics on: Regulations and requirements in building and applying the product and goods TXNG system according to Circular No. 02/2024 of the Ministry of Science & Technology; How to build and apply the product and goods TXNG system in accordance with regulations; Technological solutions support the development and application of the product and goods quality assurance system. “Previously, the Ministry of Science and Technology issued Circular No. 02, effective from June 1, 2024, regulating the management of product and goods quality assurance; applicable to all organizations and individuals producing, trading and providing solutions related to quality assurance; to enhance brand position and build trust with consumers,” noted Master Pham Van Quan.

Through the communication of experts, help establishments and units update knowledge, understand the methods of building and applying the TXNG system in accordance with current regulations. Thereby, helping enterprises, cooperatives, production and business establishments have the right direction in building and applying the TXNG system for the products and goods that their units produce and trade.
