Meeting to listen to the report on the organization of the Golf Tournament to support the Program "Eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses" in Ninh Thuan province in 2025

On the morning of March 17, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee held a meeting to listen to a report on the organization of the Golf Tournament to support the Program "Eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses" in Ninh Thuan province in 2025. Comrades: Le Van Binh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Head of the Tournament Organizing Committee; Trinh Minh Hoang, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Deputy Head of the Tournament Organizing Committee chaired the meeting.

The golf tournament is organized to mobilize resources to support the Program "Eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses" in the province in 2025, scheduled to take place on March 29 at ANARA Binh Tien golf course in Binh Tien village, Cong Hai commune (Thuan Bac) with the participation of nearly 150 golfers inside and outside the province. Up to now, the Organizing Committee has completed the work of sending invitations to 206 groups and individuals to participate in the tournament; basically completed the infrastructure, plan to welcome delegates and complete the auction products, displayed at the tournament. The Organizing Committee has received 4 supporting units with a total amount of nearly 1.6 billion VND.

Concluding the meeting, the Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee requested units and members of the Organizing Committee to strengthen propaganda work before, during and after the tournament with appropriate forms and content, in order to create a wide spread of the meaning of the tournament, thereby mobilizing a large number of athletes, organizations, businesses, and philanthropists to participate in the competition and actively support the Program "Eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses" of the province in 2025. He requested members of the Organizing Committee to urgently review the content of the competition, division of competition flights, and tournament regulations, ensuring smoothness and compliance with regulations; develop and complete the script and content of the opening and closing ceremonies of the tournament; reception and celebration work for the tournament; at the same time, promote the mobilization of resources for the tournament and awards, focusing on security and order, food safety and hygiene to ensure the tournament is organized in a practical, effective and economical spirit.
