The People's Committee of Ninh Binh province has just issued a decision approving the list of poor households receiving support for building and repairing houses in 2024. A total of 424 poor households will be supported to build new houses and repair houses with a total cost of 37.3 billion VND.
Of which, 322 households were supported to build new houses and 102 households were supported to repair. The total support cost was 37.3 billion VND, of which 32.2 billion VND was supported to build new houses and 5.1 billion VND was supported to repair houses.

The People's Committee of Ninh Binh province requested the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Construction to guide the People's Committees of districts and cities to deploy support, organize inspections and supervision to ensure the policy is effectively implemented.
The Department of Construction coordinates with the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs to guide localities in organizing and inspecting the implementation of support for construction and repair of houses for poor households in accordance with regulations.
At the same time, the Department of Finance shall preside over and coordinate with the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and relevant units to advise the Provincial People's Committee to submit to the Provincial People's Council a targeted supplement to the 2024 provincial budget for districts and cities to support the construction and repair of houses for poor households in accordance with the provisions of the State Budget Law and other provisions of law.

In addition, the People's Committees of districts and cities organize implementation according to the approved list. Regularly urge, inspect and supervise communes, wards and towns to ensure support is accurate, fair and transparent, without loss or negativity.
