Press conference to deploy key tasks for September 2025

On the morning of August 29, 2025, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department held a press conference to deploy key tasks for September.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Kim Phuong, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department chaired the conference. Attending the conference were leaders representing the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, the Department of Culture, Newspapers and Radio and Television of the province; representatives of central press agencies in the province; and provincial press and media agencies.

In August 2025, the provincial press agencies and the central press agencies stationed in the province have closely followed their objectives and purposes, operated in the right direction, and disseminated timely and in-depth propaganda, accurately reflecting the situation of social life and issues of public concern. The quality of the programs has been improved; the number of topics, columns, and pages has increased, ensuring comprehensiveness, depth, and suitability for each issue and each task, well meeting the requirements of the province's political tasks and the people's need to receive and enjoy culture.

Timely report and disseminate information on conferences of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee; reflect the activities of provincial leaders and departments, branches, units and localities; visits and work of central and international delegations in the province.

Focus on promoting the activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025)²; activities to visit and give gifts to policy families and meritorious people by provincial leaders on the occasion of the anniversary. In particular, coordinated with Vietnam Television to participate in the live broadcast at 4 points of the inauguration ceremony and groundbreaking ceremony of 4 projects and works to welcome the province.

Promote propaganda for Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party. Actively reflect the initial results in the operation of local governments at two levels; Propaganda for the results of the province's socio -economic development leadership in the fields of industry, agriculture, services, trade, investment attraction, tourism, digital transformation; movements to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas; production models that bring high economic efficiency; disease prevention, flood and storm prevention.

Comrade Dinh Thi Phuong, Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, informed about the organization of Party Congresses at all levels.

Actively inform about the preparation of conditions for the new school year 2025-2026 of localities and schools in the province; reflect outstanding activities and achievements in the fields of culture, education - training, public health care, food hygiene and safety; drowning prevention for children; disease prevention; results of the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the province... Reflect outstanding activities in local military defense work; fight against crime, especially fraud in cyberspace.

During the month, the print version of Ninh Binh Newspaper and Radio and Television published 21 news issues with a total of 441 news, 315 articles, 294 photos; 4 weekend issues with a total of 72 articles and 100 photos; 01 end-of-month issue with 25 articles, 25 photos; Electronic Newspaper: published a total of 450 news, 60 articles, 1,800 photos, 5 video clips and 180 exploitation items; Television Channel: Produced and broadcast 31 noon news bulletins, 31 evening news bulletins, 62 domestic news bulletins, 31 Ninh Binh New Day programs, 83 news bulletins, short reports in the news frame, 120 articles, special reports, and columns; Radio Channel: Produced and broadcast 93 news bulletins (over 900 news bulletins), 62 domestic news bulletins, 31 sports bulletins, 310 special program issues. Conduct 11 live TV programs, 01 reporting program to ensure safety, no errors on air; regularly post and share news, outstanding events, special programs on fanpages to help people easily access and watch TV programs produced by the unit.

Ninh Binh Literature and Arts Magazine actively prepares news and articles to publish issue 309 in September 2025; the content of the news and articles focuses on information about party congresses at all levels; the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2; and the results of operating the 2-level local government model.
