The 2025 North Central Region Mass Art Festival "Songs Connecting Rivers" will be held from July 8 to 10 at Lam Son Theater, Thanh Hoa Province. The performances will praise the leadership of the Party and Uncle Ho, the love for the homeland, the patriotic tradition of our people, the solidarity among the Vietnamese ethnic communities; praise the achievements in the cause of national construction and development; promote and develop marine tourism products associated with promoting the value of natural resources, culture, and unique history of coastal and island areas, building new rural areas; honor and introduce typical features, traditional cultural values, rich in identity of localities and ethnic groups. Units participating in the Festival will build a comprehensive art program, the program structure will ensure 2 or more art forms, encourage new works in the folk music style, imbued with the cultural identity of each region, area, and locality.

The 2025 North Central Region Mass Art Festival “Songs Connecting Rivers” is a cultural and artistic event to celebrate major national holidays and anniversaries. The festival contributes to introducing typical cultural values and tourism potential of Thanh Hoa province and the provinces in the North Central region. At the same time, this is also an opportunity for artisans, artists, actors, and musicians in the North Central region to learn, exchange, and share experiences to further improve the quality and effectiveness of cultural and artistic activities at the grassroots level.
