Both of these cases have been issued a decision by the People's Committee of Ninh Hoa town to enforce land recovery, but when the authorities arrived at the scene to enforce, these two households agreed to hand over the land, so the town sent forces and means to support the relocation of assets on the land.

It is known that the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Project has 228.17 hectares affected. Up to now, the Ninh Hoa Town Land Fund Development Center has approved 1,033 cases (100%), corresponding to an area of 228 hectares. After the two households of Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu and Mr. Nguyen Huu Tri handed over the site, the project has completed the site clearance work for construction. The Provincial Management Board of Investment and Construction Projects for Agricultural and Transport Works is making efforts to deploy construction in 3 shifts and 4 teams to ensure the completion of the first 20km of the route by the end of 2025 according to the direction of the Prime Minister.
