Complete preparations for the exhibition of socio-economic achievements

Implementing Plan No. 18/KH-UBND of the Provincial People's Committee on participating in and implementing the exhibition of socio-economic achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025) at the National Exhibition Center (expected to take place from August 28 to September 5, in Hanoi), up to now, Vinh Long province has basically completed and is ready to serve the sightseeing and experience of tourists.

Implementing Plan No. 18/KH-UBND of the Provincial People's Committee on participating in and implementing the exhibition of socio -economic achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025) at the National Exhibition Center (expected to take place from August 28 to September 5, in Hanoi), up to now, Vinh Long province has basically completed and is ready to serve the sightseeing and experience of tourists.

Vinh Long province brings to the exhibition the theme: "Vinh Long - Crystallizing the past - Creating the future".

The province participated with the theme: "Vinh Long - Crystallizing the past - Creating the future", on an exhibition area of ​​511.5m2. Mr. Duong Hoang Sum - Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism said that the exhibition space includes 3 main content groups: Historical origins - Land and people of Vinh Long before 1945; Vinh Long in the period of resistance and development (1945-2025) and Vinh Long's bright future - New space, new era, new position, new height (2025-2045). In which, each content group includes images, clips, administrative maps, historical documents, valuable materials and typical OCOP products, tourism products ... of the province.

According to Mr. Duong Hoang Sum, this exhibition aims to introduce the formation, development and outstanding achievements of the Party Committee, government and people of Vinh Long province (on the basis of merging 3 localities: Vinh Long, Ben Tre and Tra Vinh) through 80 years of fighting, working and producing. Honoring the contributions, dedication and sacrifices of the people of the province in the cause of national liberation, national unification and the cause of building and defending the Fatherland; striving to build the homeland to develop more and more in the new era - the era of national growth, the era of breakthrough development, acceleration under the leadership of the Party, successfully building a socialist Vietnam, rich, strong, democratic, fair, civilized, prosperous and happy.
