Miss Vietnam National Pageant to be held in early 2024, Thuy Tien as ambassador

The organizing committee of Miss Vietnam 2024 announced the logo of the contest. Miss Thuy Tien, Bao Ngoc and Luong Thuy Linh are the image ambassadors of this contest.

Miss Vietnam National is a new beauty contest, held for the first season in early 2024. The contest honors and promotes the beauty of Vietnamese women according to the criteria of "virtue - beauty - speech - conduct" in modern times.

Thuy Tien, Bao Ngoc, Luong Thuy Linh become image ambassadors

In the nearly one-minute logo of the Miss Vietnam 2024 contest, the audience was impressed by the image of three beauty queens wearing traditional designs with the main color of yellow. Accordingly, Miss Luong Thuy Linh wore a traditional ao dai of Northern women. Miss Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien wore a traditional ao dai representing the Central region. Miss Can Tho Bao Ngoc was gentle in ao ba ba - a typical costume of Southern people. The organizers cleverly put the image of lotus flowers in this promotional clip. The highlight is the integration of beautiful, attractive technology, contributing to creating a modern beauty while still preserving the inherent traditional features. The organizers revealed that the background music of the logo of the Miss Vietnam National contest is a new composition by musician Nguyen Hoang Duy.

The winning candidate received 500 million VND in cash.

Miss Vietnam 2024 will take place in March and April 2024. The organizing committee will select candidates from 63 provinces and cities across the country. In particular, five major cities directly under the central government, including Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Hai Phong, Da Nang, and Can Tho, will have more than one candidate participating. Through the contest, the organizing committee hopes to find representatives to promote the culture of Vietnam's regions to friends around the world . Candidates who win the Miss crown will receive 500 million VND in cash. The first runner-up will receive 250 million VND, the second runner-up will receive 200 million VND. In addition, the organizing committee will also award many secondary prizes, each worth 50 million VND.

Within the framework of the contest, the organizing committee launched the National Cultural Costume Design Contest. The costume design theme revolves around the geographical and cultural regions of the North - Central - South. Contestants go through three rounds: preliminary, filming and performance. The first episode of the filming round will be broadcast at 8:30 p.m. on December 8. The winning costume will be chosen by the new beauty queen to compete in an international beauty pageant.
