At the same time, provided job counseling to over 4,000 workers; supported nearly 300 businesses to participate in labor recruitment in the following forms: regular recruitment at the center; direct and indirect recruitment at job fairs.

To support businesses in recruiting workers, in addition to effectively organizing job fairs and posting recruitment information on information pages, the center also regularly connects information with Job Service Centers nationwide, especially in the Northern provinces, to exchange and share information and data on the labor market to promptly meet the needs of businesses and workers in connecting labor supply and demand. Specifically, since the beginning of the year, the center has organized online job fairs connecting with more than 10 provinces in the Northern region including Bac Giang, Bac Ninh, Thai Nguyen, Hanoi , Lang Son, Bac Kan, Hai Duong, Ninh Binh, Phu Tho, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Nam Dinh, etc.
