Communes and wards renovate headquarters, install new nameplates to prepare for operating two-level local government

These days, new communes and wards in the province are urgently renovating and repairing their offices, adding facilities, and attaching new nameplates to officially come into operation from July 1, 2025.

According to the plan of the Provincial Party Committees of Ha Nam , Nam Dinh and Ninh Binh, on the morning of June 30, the Ceremony to announce the Resolution and Decision of the Central and local governments on merging provincial and commune-level administrative units, ending the operation of district-level administrative units, establishing party organizations, appointing Party committees, People's Councils, People's Committees, and Fatherland Front Committees of the provinces, communes and wards in the new Ninh Binh province will take place.

Phu Van Ward Public Administration Service Center is ready to operate from July 1.

According to the reporter's records, on the morning of June 29, at the headquarters of many communes and wards, the work of attaching new unit nameplates, painting, repairing headquarters, facilities, and installing equipment has been and is being urgently carried out by the units, ready to operate the 2-level local government model from July 1.

The new Nam Ly Commune People's Committee headquarters has finished installing nameplates and hanging propaganda banners.

The headquarters of the People's Committee of Le Hong Phong Ward, Ly Thai To Street (Phu Ly), will be the location of the People's Committee headquarters and the new Phu Van Ward Public Administration Service Center (after merging from 3 communes and wards). The installation of the new nameplate has been completed, equipment and facilities are fully arranged and ready to operate as planned.

The new headquarters of the Party Committee - People's Council - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nam Ly commune is being renovated to put into operation.

Similarly, the new Nam Ly Commune People's Committee headquarters and Public Administration Service Center (located in Hamlet 4, headquarters of Tien Thang Commune People's Committee, Ly Nhan) and the new Nam Ly Commune Party Committee, People's Council, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee headquarters (Phuc Man Hamlet, headquarters of Phu Phuc Commune People's Committee, Ly Nhan) have also been given new nameplates, and the office is being painted and refurbished. The area where the Commune Public Administration Service Center is located is gradually being completed, ensuring smooth service for people coming to do administrative procedures from July 1.

At the new Bac Ly commune headquarters, renovation work is being urgently carried out.

In addition, although many headquarters have not yet had new nameplates installed, the work of adjusting and arranging machinery and working equipment is being urgently implemented to prepare for the operation of the two-level government as planned.

Ms. Tran Thi Lien, Phu Phuc commune (Ly Nhan) expressed: Hopefully, with the new 2-level local government model, it will be more convenient, creating momentum for the local socio -economic development, and improving people's lives.

Ms. Tran Trong Luu, an official of Hoa Hau commune (Ly Nhan) shared: In the past few days, we have taken advantage of the time to urgently clean up, move documents, equipment and machinery to the new office to stabilize the organization, ready to meet new work tasks from July 1.

The renovation of new commune and ward offices is part of the preparation for the establishment of the new Ninh Binh province. At the same time, it affirms the determination of local authorities to innovate to improve the quality of service to the people.
