Before January 20, construction contractors must report to the investor the construction plan, number of workers, staff in charge of the construction site, and construction items during the 2024 Lunar New Year to monitor and supervise the progress and implementation status of the units.

The Tran Quoc Hoan - Cong Hoa connecting road project, over 4km long, was decided by Ho Chi Minh City to invest in 2016, with a scale of 4 lanes and a total investment of over 1,400 billion VND, but has not been implemented.

This is a newly built route, starting at the intersection of Tran Quoc Hoan - Phan Thuc Duyen; ending at the intersection of C12 - Cong Hoa - Truong Chinh streets.

The project has a main route 25-48 m wide with 6 lanes, along with two connecting branch roads, a nearly 1 km long overpass with 4 lanes; two underpasses at the intersections of Phan Thuc Duyen - Tran Quoc Hoan and Truong Chinh - Tan Ky Tan Quy.
