(Baohatinh.vn) - The People's Committee of Ha Tinh province directed to continue focusing on the fight for essential goods serving the people such as: food, pharmaceuticals, milk, functional foods, agricultural materials, and pesticides.

Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 82/CD-TTg dated June 4, 2025 of the Prime Minister on continuing to promote the peak of the fight against smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods, and infringement of intellectual property rights; Notice No. 280/TB-VPCP dated June 4, 2025 of the Government Office on announcing the Conclusion of Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son - Head of the National Steering Committee 389 at the Steering Committee meeting and working with the People's Committee of Lang Son province on the peak of the fight against smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province requested agencies, units, and localities to proactively and resolutely implement the above-mentioned relevant instructions.

At the same time, continue to promote the effective implementation of the instructions in Official Dispatch No. 08/CD-UBND dated May 21, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee Chairman, Document No. 3413/UBND-KT ₂ dated May 27, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee, the conclusion of the Provincial People's Committee Chairman in Notice No. 270/TB-UBND dated May 28, 2025, the instructions of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Bao Ha - Head of the Provincial Steering Committee 389 at the meeting with the Working Group of the Standing Office of the National Steering Committee 389 on June 5, 2025 and other relevant instructions.

Promote and enhance the role and responsibility of 3 interdisciplinary working groups (established in Decision No. 1218/QD-UBND dated May 31, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee) in the fight against smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods, infringement of intellectual property rights and protection of the rights and legitimate interests of people and businesses.

Continue to attack the peak, be vibrant, determined, fierce, make more efforts, achieve real results; in which, focus on essential goods serving the people such as: food, food, pharmaceuticals, milk, functional foods, agricultural materials, pesticides... with the motto "handle one case, alert the whole region, the whole field", "no forbidden areas, no exceptions", ensure that no hot spots, smuggling, counterfeit goods, illegal transportation are formed in Ha Tinh.

Timely detect and strictly handle violators; at the same time, strictly handle cadres, civil servants and officers who show signs of moral degradation, corruption, negativity, protection and assistance to law violators.

Timely commend positive examples and good practices of agencies, units and localities.
