The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision to establish Lam Hop Industrial Cluster with an area of over 30 hectares, located in Ky Lac commune (Lam Hop commune, former Ky Anh district). This is a multi-industry industrial cluster; focusing on processing agricultural, forestry products, construction materials, supporting the following industries: electricity production, steel, logistics...
At the same time, the Provincial People's Committee also issued a decision approving the investment policy and approving the investor of the Project to build and operate the technical infrastructure of Lam Hop Industrial Cluster, which is Nhon Tan Warehouse Investment and Development Company Limited (located in the old Binh Dinh province, now Gia Lai province).
The project's objective is to synchronously construct the technical infrastructure of Lam Hop Industrial Cluster according to the approved plan; to trade, exploit the infrastructure and services of the industrial cluster. The total investment capital of the project is about 284 billion VND; of which the owner's capital contribution is 57 billion VND, and other borrowed and mobilized capital is 227 billion VND.
The project duration is 50 years from the date of the decision on land allocation and lease. The project implementation progress is to complete the entire project and put it into operation after 39 months from the date of the decision on investment policy approval.
The Provincial People's Committee requests Nhon Tan Warehouse Investment and Development Company Limited to be responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, and honesty of the information, documents, data, and commitments in the investment policy approval application and documents sent to competent State agencies; strictly comply with the provisions of law and current policies of the State and Ha Tinh province. Implement the project in accordance with the committed objectives, contents, and progress; comply with the provisions of law on investment, business registration, planning, construction, land, environment, labor, fire prevention and fighting and other relevant legal provisions during the project implementation process...
Departments and branches, according to their functions and tasks, guide investors to carry out relevant procedures to ensure the implementation of investment projects; regularly monitor, inspect, urge and promptly guide, remove difficulties and obstacles arising during the implementation of projects; promptly perform the function of State management of investment for projects according to their authority and regulations of law. Ky Lac Commune People's Committee proactively implements contents related to compensation, support, resettlement, site clearance, land lease, land handover and contents related to project implementation in accordance with regulations of law.
