Built in the urban area of Ocean Park 1, Hanoi , GreenHub has a scale of 6 floors for parking and 1 floor for commercial services and parking, with a total area of over 14,220 m2. The project is expected to be handed over in mid-2026.
GreenHub is expected to have nearly 390 designated parking spaces, with charging stations, and a 43-year ownership period. In the first phase, each of these parking spaces will be priced from 499 million VND. This is the selling price after the discount in the first phase. On average, investors need to spend nearly 970,000 VND per month, excluding management fees.

Vinhomes said it will prioritize selling parking spaces to residents at the Ocean Park 1 project. In case residents do not buy all of them, the company will consider selling them to investors outside the market.
Also according to Vinhomes, the designated owner can use, lease or franchise the charging station. Each parking space has a certificate of right to use, recognized as equivalent to other real estate.
Currently, Hanoi’s land area for static traffic and public parking lots only meets about 8-10% of the total parking demand of vehicles. Meanwhile, 90% of the remaining vehicles are parked in vacant lots, public areas, shopping malls, buildings, headquarters of agencies, units or private homes. The severe shortage of parking spaces has led to haphazard parking in vacant lots or even on sidewalks and on the road.

Recently, according to Directive 20 issued on July 12, 2025 on a number of urgent and drastic tasks to prevent and solve environmental pollution, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested Hanoi to study increasing the price of vehicle parking services in the central area for vehicles using fossil fuels. This roadmap needs to be developed from the third quarter of this year and adjusted annually. This is one of the solutions to limit cars and motorbikes using gasoline and diesel engines.
