Previously, the Hanoi Police's social networking site received a report from residents about the discovery of a warehouse of "laughing gas" in Khuong Dinh ward, Thanh Xuan district.
From the source, on July 2, Thanh Xuan District Police directed the District Police Working Group to urgently coordinate with the Market Management and Khuong Dinh Ward Police to inspect the above location.
On the spot, the Working Group discovered and seized 98 metal cylinders containing "laughing gas" N2O.

The warehouse owner confessed that he bought the "laughing gas" cylinders to sell for profit. The authorities have drawn up a record and issued a decision to fine the warehouse owner for trading in goods of unknown origin.
