Specifically analyzing the 12th grade Math illustration test, teacher Nguyen Hoang Tung of Tuyensinh247 said that the structure of this year's test is unchanged compared to previous years' tests.

The 12th grade Math illustration test is complete and comprehensive of the content learned in the textbook. The test has 50 objective multiple choice questions, of which 45 questions are purely grade 12 knowledge, the remaining 5 questions are integrated with grade 11 knowledge, arranged in increasing difficulty.

With such a format, the test will evaluate the efforts of students in their final year, and at the same time differentiate between good and excellent students.

In terms of difficulty, the recognition level accounts for nearly 60%, understanding and application accounts for 30%, and high application accounts for 10%. With this level, there is better student differentiation than in previous years, which also helps prevent the polarization of score distribution.

The content of this year's Math reference exam closely follows the standard program and is suitable for all students. However, the appearance of practical math problems is quite limited, so it may not be standard for the purpose of applying math in life.

With this exam, Mr. Tung predicts that the average score will be around 7-8 points, and good students can get 9-10 points.

Mr. Luu Huy Thuong, HOCMAIeducation system, also said that the difficulty of this year's reference exam is somewhat higher than that of the 2023 graduation exam. In particular, the first 38 questions are questions at the recognition - understanding level. Students only need to have a solid knowledge base to be able to solve them easily.

The last 5 questions are of a categorical nature and are part of the 12th grade knowledge section on the topics of exponents and logarithms, complex numbers, applications of integrals, functions, integration of solids of revolution, and analytic geometry in space.

According to Mr. Thuong, to be able to complete the entire test within the allowed time, students need to be very proficient in the knowledge and skills of doing the test (calculation, transformation, using a calculator to calculate,...).

Students should note that the application questions between the sample test and the real test may change in terms of math type and difficulty.

Therefore, for students aiming for 8 points or more, in addition to practicing hard with the types of exercises in the reference questions, they also need to expand their scope with other high-level applied math problems that are not included in the reference questions.
