Gasoline prices adjusted twice from June 26 to July 3

(Chinhphu.vn) - On the afternoon of June 26, the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance announced the adjustment of retail gasoline prices. During this adjustment period, domestic gasoline prices will be adjusted twice due to the preparation for implementing the policy of reducing value added tax (VAT) according to Resolution No. 204/2025/QH15, effective from July 1, 2025.

Specifically, from 3:00 p.m. on June 26 to 0:00 a.m. on July 1, 2025, retail prices of petroleum products will be adjusted to increase as follows:

E5 RON92 gasoline price increased by 280 VND/liter, to 20,911 VND/liter.

RON95-III gasoline price increased by 263 VND/liter, to 21,507 VND/liter.

The price of 0.05S diesel increased by VND551/liter, to VND19,707/liter.

Kerosene price increased by 494 VND/liter, to 19,417 VND/liter.

The price of 180CST 3.5S fuel oil decreased by 374 VND/kg, to 17,269 VND/kg.

From 00:00 on July 1, 2025, when the VAT reduction policy according to Resolution 204 of the National Assembly officially takes effect, the prices of gasoline products will be slightly adjusted down:

E5 RON92 gasoline price decreased by 101 VND/liter, to 20,530 VND/liter.

RON95-III gasoline price decreased by 128 VND/liter, to 21,116 VND/liter.

Diesel price increased slightly by 193 VND/liter, to 19,349 VND/liter.

Kerosene price increased by 141 VND/liter, to 19,064 VND/liter.

Fuel oil price dropped sharply by 688 VND/kg, to 16,955 VND/kg.

In this management period, the joint ministries continued not to set aside or use the Price Stabilization Fund for all petroleum products. This reflects the effort to operate flexibly according to the market mechanism under State management, while still ensuring stable supply and harmonizing the interests of related parties.
