Nearly 73 billion VND invested in a factory producing wooden furniture and forestry products for export in Dai Loc

The project aims to produce wooden furniture and process non-timber forest products (bamboo, rattan, straw) with a scale of 5,000m2 of wooden doors/year; wooden cabinets ( 10,000m2 /year); wooden tables and chairs (15,000 sets/year); wooden ceilings, floors, and walls ( 20,000m2 /year); pallets (100,000 pieces/year); 5,000 other by-products/year...; along with planned investment projects including production workshops, executive offices, and other infrastructure and auxiliary works.

The project is built at Dai Nghia 1 Industrial Park, Dai Nghia Commune, Dai Loc with a total investment of more than 72.9 billion VND; of which the investor's contributed capital is nearly 17 billion VND, mobilized capital is 56 billion VND. The project will operate for 50 years, starting from 2025; it is expected that machinery and equipment will be installed in 2026, completing the project and putting it into operation.

The Provincial People's Committee requires Duc Gia Khang Joint Stock Company not to impact forests and forest land without permission from competent authorities; must complete procedures on land, environment, construction and other procedures related to the project according to the provisions of law before being able to carry out construction of project items.
