Cooperation programs like this will help Vietnam build a team of experts ready to accompany the Government 's digital strategy.”
Within the framework of this cooperation, Ericsson will support the deployment of practical 5G applications in Vietnam in many different industries, pioneering the railway industry. Ericsson will send experts to directly participate in teaching and organizing seminars on 5G technology and practical applications, especially in the field of high-speed railways...
Mr. Nguyen Van Hung, Principal of the University of Transport, said: "This cooperation not only contributes to improving the quality of the University's training program, but it will also be an important opportunity to promote research and development of modern solutions serving the transportation industry, including the high-speed railway system in Vietnam."
As Vietnam moves towards a digital economy with 5G, equipping students with knowledge about 5G and other advanced technologies will help the country exploit the full potential of this technology, while promoting the national digitalization process. Through training human resources, deploying appropriate infrastructure and encouraging the community to develop new applications, Ericsson hopes to accompany Vietnam in building a sustainable digital economy.
