4 excellent students won first prize in the 2025 Reading Culture Ambassador contest

DNO - On the afternoon of August 28, at Quang Nam Library (Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Da Nang City), the summary and award ceremony of the preliminary round of the 2025 Reading Culture Ambassador contest took place.

The contest is organized by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with the Department of Education and Training and Quang Nam College.

According to the contest organizers, after 3 months of launching, the preliminary round received hundreds of entries in both forms: writing and video clip editing.

Through the selection, the jury recognized the results with 2 collective prizes and 28 individuals with the best quality entries to award. Specifically, 4 first prizes, 6 second prizes, 6 third prizes, 12 consolation prizes and 2 thematic prizes.

The individual first prizes went to the following students: Nguyen Hoang My (Nguyen Hien Secondary School, Chien Dan Commune), Kieu Linh Dan (Chu Van An Secondary School, Huong Tra Ward), Nguyen Tran Bao Tram (Nguyen Van Troi Secondary School, Phu Ninh Commune) and Huynh Mai Ngan Giang (Nguyen Van Troi Primary School, Tam Xuan Commune).

Speaking at the closing ceremony, Mr. La Dinh Nghia - Director of Quang Nam Library - representative of the organizing committee said: "The contest is not only a useful playground but also contributes to building and spreading the habit of reading books among students.

The entries demonstrated passion and aspiration to foster a reading culture, while also offering many unique ideas to develop the reading movement in the community, especially among the young generation."

It is known that the 4 best entries will be selected to participate in the national final round, scheduled to take place in October this year.
