Build 10 more tents to serve people watching parades and marches

An additional 10 tents were installed at 5 locations at Tay Son flower garden, Le Truc, Nui Truc-Kim Ma intersection, Hanoi Railway Station, and the area opposite 14B Le Truc to serve people visiting the A80 parade.

The Office of the Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Official Dispatch No. 13495/VP-DT to notify the direction of Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan on the installation of field tents to serve the masses visiting the A80 Parade and March.

Hanoi has set up 10 more tents at 5 locations in Tay Son flower garden, Le Truc, Nui Truc-Kim Ma intersection, Hanoi Railway Station, and the area opposite 14B Le Truc to serve people visiting the A80 parade.

The tent was built to provide shelter from the rain and sun for people.

Accordingly, Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan agreed with the plan of the Hanoi Capital Command to deploy the installation of 10 field tents at 5 locations: Tay Son Flower Garden (Hoan Kiem Ward); Le Truc Flower Garden (Ba Dinh Ward); Nui Truc-Kim Ma intersection (Giang Vo Ward); Hanoi Railway Station (Van Mieu-Quoc Tu Giam Ward); the area opposite 14B Le Truc (Ba Dinh Ward) to serve the masses visiting the A80 parade.

The Hanoi Capital Command is assigned to preside over, organize the installation, management and supervision of tents; ensure safety, order, environmental sanitation, fire prevention and fighting; and carry out dismantling after the event ends.

The People's Committees of Hoan Kiem, Ba Dinh, Giang Vo, and Van Mieu-Quoc Tu Giam wards support the Capital Command to ensure security, order, and safety during the installation and use of field tents...

Previously, Hanoi also deployed to ensure the supply of necessities (drinking water, dry food, instant cakes), shelter from the rain and sun, and free bus routes for people and tourists, especially the elderly from other localities to Hanoi, at the gateways of the capital to follow the commemorative activities, preliminary rehearsals, general rehearsals, and celebrations, parades, and marches.

At the same time, develop plans to divide and regulate traffic and the flow of people, ensuring security and order during celebrations, parades and marches on roads and streets where parades and marches pass.
