Within the framework of cooperation, MSB launched the MSB Mini App right on Zalo, allowing users to open payment accounts via VNeID link without having to download the banking application. The “0 app onboarding” model helps customers experience traditional banking utilities right on the familiar Zalo interface, while simplifying the registration and service usage process.
Mini App also integrates AI technology to support users throughout the experience - from consulting, guiding account opening to making quick, safe and secure transactions.
Deploying digital financial services right on Zalo - a platform with 78 million regular users - will help MSB reach new customer groups more easily, especially business owners and young customers. Users only need a few simple steps to open an account and make transactions anytime, anywhere without being limited by the requirement to download a separate application. This experience is optimally designed according to the usage habits of Zalo users, is personalized and saves time, while creating a sense of closeness and friendliness. This is also a strategic step in MSB's goal of leading the digital financial experience in Vietnam.

According to the latest report, by the end of 2024, there will be more than 3,465 Zalo Mini Apps operating on Zalo, with more than 31 million monthly active users - proving the great potential and appeal of this model in connecting and serving digital users. In addition, according to Statista (2024), the Mini App model can help save up to 40% of development costs compared to building a separate application, affirming clear economic efficiency for businesses.
