Singer NOO PHUOC THINH:
Origin will create sustainable values
Cultural exchanges between countries around the world are developing strongly, this is also an opportunity to introduce more clearly the cultural identity of our country through artistic products. This is the time for Vietnamese culture to make its mark on the world audience, even placing its mark on the global cultural and artistic map. But the problem of preserving cultural identity has never been easy. Integrate but do not dissolve. We accept new things, the so-called trends, but they must be placed on the foundation of our own culture.

This must originate from theeducational foundation, knowing how to promote inherited values and encourage the young generation to be creative within the framework of Vietnamese culture. Currently, artistic products combining traditional and contemporary culture are creating positive highlights in the journey of preserving cultural identity through art. These products have received great response from the audience. Artistic products that both preserve identity and approach the common development model of the world are the common formula for everyone pursuing art. It is necessary to promote and further promote this journey, especially encouraging young people. Any planning when originating from the source will create sustainable values, Vietnamese cultural identity will naturally spread.
Contributing and developing to create artistic products that are close to the world but still have their own identity, that is the mission of artists.
Singer HOA MINZY:
Hope to soon bring art into high school

Since I was a primary school student, I knew I wanted to become a singer. But at that time, in the countryside of Bac Ninh, I did not have the conditions to access formal music education. I had to wait until I finished high school to take the entrance exam to a music school. However, I could not enter a formal music school, not because I sang badly but because I did not know music theory. My case is one of the typical examples of the inadequacies in the current process of training artistic human resources. Now that I am a singer, I still feel sorry for not having received music training earlier. Therefore, I hope that art (singing, or using a musical instrument) will soon be included in schools as a necessary training subject. This will not only find human resources for the profession but also "train" a generation of audiences with a foundation, enough to receive true artistic values.
Singer ST SON THACH:
Ready to be a teaching assistant
As an artist, ST is well aware that going out into the world must be based on his own cultural identity. However, to promote Vietnamese cultural identity to the world requires time and everyone's cooperation. ST has created artistic products in which the value of Vietnamese cultural identity is the core foundation. When he first decided to follow this path, ST wondered "Will the audience accept it?", but when he was loved by the audience, culminating in the song "Thuận nước phát luận" winning the 30th Mai Vàng Award, ST believes that the path he has chosen is correct. No journey is easy, but if we choose the right path, all difficulties are just challenges and when we overcome them, we will reap unexpected results.

To conquer international audiences, there is no more effective way than combining modernity and cultural identity to make Vietnamese products more interesting in the eyes of international friends. As someone who is inspired by senior artists, ST's dream is to become someone who spreads and inspires passion for art to the next generations. Therefore, if one day, somewhere, ST is needed to become a music tutor for the younger generations, I am always ready...!
Designer VIET HUNG:
Vow to dedicate a life
When I decided to preserve Vietnamese identity in my creative career, I knew that it was a "dangerous" path because it could not bring economic benefits. It is really difficult for artists to do both business and art. So, when I decided to go that way, I knew that I had to do business "elsewhere" and do art purely as art!

Once I have clearly defined my own direction, I feel completely comfortable in coming up with strategies to preserve identity with activities such as giving teachers 5,000 to 10,000 Ao Dai sets each year. For me, teachers are the team that preserves cultural identity and spreads that mission to the next generation, to the students.
I am also getting positive results from the program "Hoai niem hun nam" (held at the Nam Phuong Hoang Hau palace in Lam Dong Museum) introducing a collection of 100 Vietnamese ao dai. After organizing the program, the number of visitors increased many times, including many international tourists. I think this is an effective way to promote Vietnamese cultural identity to the public and I will continue to pursue this approach.
