Pre-match review
The match between the Vietnamese and Philippine women's volleyball teams at VTV Cup 2025 promises to be an exciting competition as both teams aim to get off to a good start in this year's tournament.
With home field advantage and enthusiastic support from the audience, the Vietnamese team is very confident. Under the guidance of coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet, the girls in red are maintaining impressive form, especially the pillars such as Thanh Thuy, Bich Tuyen or libero Khanh Dang are all in good shape.

Meanwhile, the Philippines team brought a squad of many young faces, combined with some naturalized athletes with good physique. Their playing style is more about strength, but still limited in tactical coordination. This is the weakness that the Vietnam team can exploit with speed, technique and tactical serves to break the opponent's first step.
If they maintain their focus and stable performance, the Vietnamese team can absolutely win to affirm their position at VTV Cup 2025 and create momentum for the next stage.
