BPO - On June 26, Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee issued Plan No. 224/KH-UBND to organize a bus route to pick up and drop off officials, civil servants, public employees and workers (CB, CC, VC, NLĐ) from Binh Phuoc to Dong Nai to work.
This is a step that demonstrates proactiveness in the merger, and at the same time shows deep concern for the working and living conditions of civil servants, public employees, employees and workers during the transition period, contributing to maintaining the stability of the organizational apparatus and maintaining the operational efficiency of state agencies.
More than 1,400 officers are supported with transportation.
According to the plan, Dong Nai will organize 32 contract vehicles to serve the travel needs of about 1,400 civil servants, public employees, workers from Binh Phuoc to Dong Nai for work and vice versa. The vehicles will operate on a fixed schedule: pick up on Monday morning and drop off on Friday afternoon every week.
The bus routes will travel from Binh Phuoc Administrative Center to Dong Nai Provincial Administrative Center, with a distance of about 90km, travel time of about 2 hours. The vehicles expected to be used are high-quality contract vehicles from 29 to 45 seats, fully equipped with air conditioning, ensuring safety and full technical inspection.
With a total of 8 trips per month, the number of trips is maintained regularly, creating stable conditions for the staff, employees, workers to work with peace of mind. The regular distribution of these vehicles helps optimize working time during the week while still ensuring a balance in life for staff with families in Binh Phuoc.
Total cost of more than 8.6 billion VND for the first 6 months
To implement the plan, Dong Nai province conducted a cost survey from reputable transport companies in the area. The cost of renting a 45-seat car for each trip is about 5.6 million VND, and a 29-seat car is 4.3 million VND. With the use of 32 cars per trip, the estimated cost per day is about 179.2 million VND. Multiplied by 8 trips per month, the total cost for one month is more than 1.43 billion VND and the total cost for the first 6 months of implementing the plan is about 8.6 billion VND.
All of this funding will be taken from the state budget and allocated to relevant departments, agencies and sectors to pay for vehicle rental costs for transport businesses in accordance with regulations.

Departments, branches, sectors and localities are required to coordinate closely and promptly report difficulties and problems so that the Department of Construction can synthesize and advise the Provincial People's Committee to consider and decide, ensuring effective, economical and reasonable operation.
