With the spirit of democracy and responsibility, through the direction of the 2025-2030 term, the Congress identified 23 specific targets, 5 key tasks, and 2 breakthroughs.

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council emphasized: The Commune Party Committee needs to focus on leading rapid and sustainable economic development. Innovate thinking towards commodity agricultural production, prioritizing key crops with potential and advantages, creating transformation and breakthroughs based on the application of science, technology and technology to increase economic value per unit of cultivated land area. Effectively apply and integrate national target programs; create a favorable environment to attract businesses and cooperatives to invest in production associated with deep processing and product consumption. At the same time, promote the development of community tourism, eco-tourism, small-scale industry and traditional craft villages.
