On the morning of May 4, comrade Tran Duc Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, presented the decision on transferring comrade Nguyen Hong Quang, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee to work at Kinh Mon Town Party Committee; appointed him to participate in the Executive Committee of the Town Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Town Party Committee and hold the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Kinh Mon Town Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term from May 4, 2024.
The Provincial Party Standing Committee also agreed to introduce comrade Bui Xuan Loc, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Town Party Committee , Chairman of the People's Council of Kinh Mon town to carry out the process of perfecting the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Kinh Mon town.
In his speech assigning tasks, comrade Tran Duc Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, emphasized that comrade Nguyen Hong Quang is a young cadre with basic training and good working capacity; in all working positions, he always completes well and excellently the assigned tasks. The Provincial Party Secretary requested the new Standing Deputy Secretary of the Kinh Mon City Party Committee to continue to promote his capacity and experience, and together with the Standing Committee of the Kinh Mon City Party Committee, to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
Comrade Nguyen Hong Quang was born in 1982, from Lai Cach town (Cam Giang). He has a bachelor's degree in economics; advanced political theory. Comrade Nguyen Hong Quang used to hold the position of Deputy Chief of Office of the People's Council - People's Committee of Hai Duong City; Deputy Head of the Office of Monitoring the Work of the Agency, the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee; Chief of Office of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee. Since March 2019, he has held the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee.
At the conference on personnel work on the morning of May 4, the Standing Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee announced decisions on the transfer and appointment of leaders of 8 departments, branches and localities.
