(NLDO) - An injury in the match of round 3 of V-League 2025-2026 that took place on the evening of August 27 caused midfielder Doan Ngoc Tan to break his ribs and damage his lungs.

In the match between Thanh Hoa and host Ha Tinh in round 3 of V-League 2025-2026, midfielder Doan Ngoc Tan collided with Nguyen Hoang Trung Nguyen and Joseph Onoja in the 54th minute. Vietnam national team player Anh was in pain, collapsed on the field, and could not continue playing.
