Welcoming important political events and major national holidays taking place in 2025, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels have promoted their central role in solidarity, implementing many emulation movements associated with political tasks, socio-economic development and caring for people's lives.

The Fatherland Front and organizations in Ha Tinh are determined to compete to achieve many achievements to celebrate the great festival of the homeland and country.

In particular, the peak emulation campaign to welcome Party congresses at all levels associated with the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 was launched by the Vietnam Fatherland Front from early June 2025 with many meaningful projects and tasks.

One of the main projects and tasks implemented by the Fatherland Front at all levels on this occasion is to build solidarity houses for people in difficult circumstances. The houses started and completed on the occasion of the congress not only help poor households stabilize their housing but also become vivid symbols of the spirit of sharing and joining hands for the community.

Welcoming the joy of the newly inaugurated house of over ^70m2 , Mr. Nguyen Cong Binh (Nam Ha residential group 2, Thanh Sen ward) was moved: “Previously, my family lived in a dilapidated, makeshift house. With support from all levels and sectors of over 113 million VND, 3 tons of cement, 2,000 bricks, I borrowed more from brothers and friends to build a new, spacious house. My family is extremely grateful for the community's support.”

The emulation movement launched by the Vietnam Fatherland Front was also fueled by many meaningful works and tasks of political and social organizations. Promoting the pioneering role of the youth, Ha Tinh Provincial Youth Union has directed the implementation of many practical activities from the province to the grassroots level such as: "Coloring the flag", "I love my Fatherland", forum "Youth firmly believe in the Party", supporting people to access online public services...

Mr. Nguyen Viet Hai Dang - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Head of the Youth Union and Children's Affairs Department (Provincial Fatherland Front Committee) said: "With the spirit of pioneering, the youth of the whole province are making efforts to implement many meaningful and practical projects and tasks, contributing to creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere among the people and cadres, party members and union members before the congress. This is also an opportunity for each young person to express their aspiration to contribute, their sense of responsibility and their steadfast belief in the Party".

The emulation movement has spread widely among women's associations at all levels from the mountains to the plains, from rural to urban areas. Up to now, women's associations at all levels have had 200 projects and tasks with a total value of 1.5 billion VND, focusing on practical contents such as: building "Warm houses of love"; building flower roads, national flag roads, bright - green - clean - beautiful self-managed roads; collecting scrap to raise funds; supporting livelihood models...

Women's unions at all levels carried out more than 200 projects and tasks towards major events and welcoming Party congresses at all levels.

Building 80 eco-friendly green houses, 9 bright - green - clean - beautiful roads, 5 models of "5 haves, civilized urban areas" branches... with a total cost of nearly 400 million VND, the Women's Union of Thanh Sen ward is considered a unit with creative ways of doing things, leaving its mark in the emulation movement to welcome Party congresses at all levels.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Chuong - President of the Women's Union of Thanh Sen Ward said: "Although there are still many difficulties after the merger, the branches quickly stabilized the organization, not interrupting the movement. Each project brings joy, creates an exciting atmosphere, connecting cadres, members and the people."

Ha Tinh Trade Union also implemented many practical activities to celebrate major events in 2025.

Other socio-political organizations also simultaneously launched vibrant emulation movements: The Veterans Association promoted the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" in building new rural areas, beautifying residential areas, and educating traditions for the younger generation; the Provincial Labor Federation aroused the spirit of creativity with technical innovation initiatives and solutions to improve labor productivity among civil servants, public employees, and workers... These were "emulation flowers" with brilliant colors offered to Party congresses at all levels.

Sharing the excitement and determination of the whole country, Ha Tinh has just started construction on three major projects to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day on September 2; hundreds of other large and small projects are being accelerated towards Party congresses at all levels.

At factories and enterprises, the emulation movement for labor production is being fueled by enthusiasm. Honored to be the only enterprise in Ha Tinh to receive the "Outstanding Enterprise for Workers" award nationwide in 2025 from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Lao-Viet International Port Joint Stock Company has made its mark by collaborating with Macstar Group to launch the Hai Phong - Vung Ang - Hai Phong container shipping route.

Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Director of the company shared: "The transport route has opened a strategic direction for the enterprise, contributing to affirming the increasingly important position of Vung Ang port in the international supply chain. This is the motivation for the company to continue to make efforts and determination to build the port into a strategic cargo transit point in the region, contributing to the overall development of Vung Ang Economic Zone".

People of Dinh village (Tu My commune) promote responsibility in building new rural areas.

In residential areas, the movement to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas continues to be maintained and implemented effectively after the reorganization of commune-level administrative units and the implementation of the 2-level local government model. With the spirit of solidarity and responsibility, cadres, party members and people of Dinh village - Tu My commune do not mind the erratic weather, actively participating in landscape beautification activities and building village roads and alleys.

Mr. Nguyen Hong Vinh - Head of Dinh village said: "Our villagers have contributed tens of millions of VND to widen residential roads, mobilized more than 500 people to clean 3 km of roads, trimmed 1 km of green fences; hung 200 national flags on the roads; renovated cultural houses, family gardens, dismantled damaged structures... With those efforts, Dinh village was awarded a certificate of merit by the commune for its outstanding collective in the peak emulation campaign to build new rural areas to welcome Party congresses at all levels".

With the synchronous and creative participation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and other organizations, the spirit of solidarity and unanimity of cadres, party members and people of all walks of life, Ha Tinh is brimming with a vibrant competitive spirit, full of confidence. Each project, each task, each effort and contribution becomes a “note” in the bustling symphony towards the important holidays and major events of the country and homeland.

The emulation movement to celebrate major holidays and important political events, especially Party congresses at all levels, is not only a superficial activity but has become a voluntary action, spreading from organizations to each citizen. That is a testament to the strength of solidarity, the trust and expectation that the people of Ha Tinh have placed in the congress; adding motivation for the homeland to enter a new, more stable development stage.
