According to the report of the People's Committee of Phuoc Hai commune, after achieving the new rural commune standards in 2019, implementing the new rural commune construction program according to the new rural commune criteria set for the period 2021-2025, the commune continues to mobilize the participation of the entire political system to maintain and improve the quality of the criteria, build a plan to achieve the advanced new rural commune standards in 2025. From 2021 to present, the commune has mobilized over 3.2 billion VND to implement the new rural and advanced new rural commune construction program. Up to now, through review and evaluation, the commune has achieved 14/19 criteria and 51/57 new rural contents; 10/19 criteria and 52/75 advanced new rural contents. Thereby, the rural appearance has improved a lot, rural infrastructure is increasingly synchronized; effective production development investment programs and projects are widely replicated, contributing to improving people's lives.

The monitoring delegation highly appreciated the efforts of Phuoc Hai commune in implementing the National Target Program on New Rural Construction in the past time. At the same time, it was suggested that in the coming time, the commune continue to mobilize the entire political system to participate in the implementation of new rural construction and advanced new rural construction. Focus on promoting propaganda to raise people's awareness and promote their role as the subject in new rural construction. Review and re-evaluate low-achieving criteria to develop plans to maintain and improve quality. Strengthen the role of direction and leadership in implementing environmental criteria, rural vocational training and job creation, building a self-management model to ensure security and order, social order in the locality; focus on building forms of production organization and economic development, building effective poverty reduction models, etc.
