On the afternoon of December 1, the National Assembly Delegation of the province had a meeting with voters of Tam Diep city.
Attending the meeting were comrades: Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, member of the Party Central Committee, Vice President, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Mai Van Tuat, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Tong Quang Thin, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Dinh Viet Dung, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee Inspection Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation. Also attending were provincial National Assembly deputies, representatives of a number of provincial departments, branches and sectors; leaders of Tam Diep city.
At the meeting, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation quickly reported to voters the results of the 6th Session of the 15th National Assembly. After 22.5 working days (phase 1 from October 23 to November 10, 2023; phase 2 from November 20 to the morning of November 29, 2023) with the spirit of innovation, solidarity, democracy, intelligence, urgency and high responsibility, the 6th Session of the 15th National Assembly completed the entire program with outstanding results: passing 7 laws, 9 resolutions, giving opinions on a number of draft laws; taking a vote of confidence for people holding positions elected or approved by the National Assembly; considering and deciding on socio -economic issues, the State budget, and a number of other important contents.
With a frank and democratic spirit, voters of Tam Diep city expressed their joy at the success of the 6th Session of the 15th National Assembly and highly appreciated the contributions and active activities of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation at the Session. At the same time, voters also reflected on the difficulties and shortcomings in implementing a number of policies, requesting the National Assembly, the Government and all levels and sectors to pay attention to resolving them.

Accordingly, voters requested that competent authorities pay attention to arranging allowances for the positions of Head and Deputy Head of the People's Inspectorate to enhance responsibility, role and operational efficiency; requested to consider assigning authority to Party committees and the Residential Front Committee to introduce and elect members of the Community Investment Supervision Committee to overcome difficulties in implementing current regulations; requested to add a civil servant position to the Office of the Commune Party Committee; considered including cancer screening in the list of supported medical examination and treatment costs for health insurance participants; had preferential policies and regimes to better care for the lives of youth volunteers.
Voters also suggested that after the draft laws are passed by the National Assembly, the Government should promptly issue decrees guiding their implementation and soon put the laws into practice.
Regarding planning, site clearance, and land management, voters requested that competent authorities promptly adjust the land use planning of Tam Diep city for the period 2021-2030; have specific plans and solutions to thoroughly resolve existing problems, limitations, difficulties, and obstacles in the management and use of land at the former Tam Diep Tea Farm; request that when reclaiming land to implement projects, there should be a plan to apply appropriate crop compensation prices, ensuring the rights of growers...
Faced with the reality that Tam Diep city reclaimed the production land area of Dong Giao Food Export Joint Stock Company to carry out projects, voters proposed a policy to support the Company in resolving the costs arising from the raw material area, compensating for the reclaimed land area, ensuring the stable operation of the processing factory.
At the meeting, Comrade Tong Quang Thin, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, answered and clarified a number of issues raised by voters related to planning work, compensation and site clearance support policies, land management and a number of health insurance policies.

On behalf of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice President, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, thanked voters for their trust, enthusiastic and responsible comments. Expressing joy and excitement at the development of Tam Diep city, she also provided some additional information on the country's socio-economic development situation in 2023.

Receiving and clarifying some recommendations and proposals from voters on issues related to the regime and policies for cadres, comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Ha said that the issues under the authority of the Central Committee, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation synthesizes and reports recommendations to competent agencies for resolution. Regarding issues under the authority of the province, she requested that the provincial authorities pay attention to resolving and responding to voters in writing.
At the same time, it is recommended that the provincial leaders, along with focusing on leadership and direction of socio-economic development, continue to pay more attention to social security work and improving people's lives.
He hopes to continue receiving attention and contributions from voters and people in the coming time so that the activities of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation will become increasingly high-quality and effective.
