On the morning of August 1, a working delegation of Hung Yen province led by comrade Nguyen Manh Hung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee presented 5 billion VND in support to people affected by floods to overcome the consequences.

Receiving the delegation of Hung Yen province, on the side of Nghe An province, there was comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; comrade Nguyen Dinh Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and representatives of the Provincial People's Council, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.

Responding to the call to support people affected by Storm No. 3 (Wipha) of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, Hung Yen province organized a working delegation to share and encourage the Party Committee, government and people of Nghe An.

On behalf of the delegation of Hung Yen province, comrade Nguyen Manh Hung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hung Yen province shared the extremely heavy damage to Nghe An province caused by the circulation of storm No. 3.

He affirmed that Hung Yen province's sharing with Nghe An at this time demonstrates the spirit of national solidarity; demonstrating the close emotional relationship between Hung Yen and Nghe An provinces.

Presenting 5 billion VND in cash and 20 boxes of cakes to Nghe An people affected by storm No. 3, Deputy Secretary of Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Manh Hung encouraged the Party Committee, government and people of Nghe An to overcome difficulties and soon stabilize their lives.

Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh also informed the delegation of Hung Yen province about the damage and the work to overcome the consequences of floods in Nghe An province; especially the hearts of many organizations, individuals and philanthropists nationwide towards the people of Nghe An who suffered damage due to storms and floods.

From the launch date of July 23 to 10:00 a.m. on August 1, 2025, Nghe An province has received more than 116 billion VND; of which more than 67 billion VND was received through the provincial relief fund account with nearly 70,000 transactions; goods received with a monetary value of more than 3.8 billion VND.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Vo Thi Minh Sinh affirmed that the Provincial Fatherland Front and communes will continue to be the connecting bridge to receive support from organizations, individuals, and philanthropists, and transfer it to the right subjects and as soon as possible to the affected people. At the same time, she emphasized: The Party Committee, government and people of Nghe An province will continue to make every effort, promote the spirit of self-reliance and self-reliance along with the support from localities across the country to overcome the difficulties and challenges of natural disasters, bringing Nghe An province together with the whole country into a new era.
